With the saddest heart, we had to say goodbye to our sweet Winston. Despite all medical treatment, his kidneys continued to decline. After two weeks of treatment, antibiotics & IV fluids the choice was made to euthanize him. Winston came from a free horse ads. Kill buyers, flippers & unqualified owners flocked to the post with over 80 comments. Somehow he managed to still be available, so I picked him up the next day. Four months together was not long enough. He was so shy, dirty & sad when we rescued him. He became the most personable lover within weeks.
